Pantry Project

I have accumulated quite the collection of odds and ends inside my pantry. I am in the midst of the “Pantry Project”; a quest to use up every last ingredient. The purpose of this challenge is to coerce some creative cooking and to start from scratch with a clean pantry when this task is complete. No more buying crazy ingredients purely based culinary pipe dreams. When this is over, I would like all my pantry purchases to have an intended use.

(A few items are kept in the fridge but I’m lumping them into this project. I also thought about including all my spices…but that’s just crazy.)
